IT Infrastructure plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all new and existing network hardware, software, and communication links. This Division is also responsible for telephone, data center, and security systems.

Network services include planning, designing, managing, and supporting the network infrastructure to meet the needs of the university, its faculties and departments, as well as internal housing for students.
The network is able to provide high-quality video and audio data, enabling users of the network within the university to communicate with high speed, and includes more than 10,000 points networks in all university buildings.
The University's network services include a network of wireless coverage throughout the campus, including faculties, indoor buildings with the highest standards of communication and protection.
The number of wireless access points has increased significantly this year, reaching more than 600 access points to accommodate the large increase in the number of students.
Communications services include the design, installation and support of a wide range of telephone and voice services available to the University's departments and faculties.
Telephone services are available to members of the teaching and administrative staff and students residing in the university housing to cover local and international calls through the provision of more than 4000 telephone devices with different technologies such as analog, digital and IP Phone services.
Information security services
Information security is one of our top priorities in the center, through advanced systems working to provide high protection for the information center and all the computers in the university.

Main Systems services
Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, storage systems, and backup servers, and their associated operating systems and software. Responsible for on-site and off-site data centers. Assess, approve, and administer all equipment, hardware, and software upgrades, manage operational costs; conduct near- and long-term financial forecasts for expansions and upgrades.
